ROI IQ provides an AI-powered assessment platform that helps security teams evaluate their technology investments and walk into vendor conversations with independent data. The service includes environment assessments, ROI IQ scoring, gap analysis, negotiation leverage tools, and expert collaboration features.
You retain full ownership of all data you provide to ROI IQ, including assessment data, priorities, and communications with experts. We do not sell your data. We do not share your identifiable data with third parties without your explicit consent.
ROI IQ uses anonymized, de-identified patterns from assessments to build collective intelligence benchmarks. No customer names, identifiers, or raw data are shared. You can opt out of collective intelligence at any time from your account settings.
Experts can only access your data when you explicitly invite them and approve what they can see. You control data sharing at all times. You can revoke expert access at any time.
AI alignment scores on expert recommendations are provided as guidance, not guarantees. Scores are based on comparison against your assessment data and stated priorities. Final decisions on which recommendations to follow are always yours.
Subscription fees are billed monthly. Assessment overages are billed at the end of each billing cycle. You can cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of your billing period.
When you close your account, all your data is permanently deleted within 30 days. This includes assessments, priorities, reports, and any shared data. Anonymized patterns that have already been contributed to collective intelligence cannot be individually removed as they contain no identifiable information.
