To provide the service: assessments, reports, ROI IQ scoring, expert collaboration. To improve the platform through anonymized, aggregated patterns. To communicate with you about your account and the service. We never sell your data. We never share identifiable data without your consent.
Layer 1 -- Private: Your raw assessment data, customer names, environment details. This is yours. Only you and experts you approve can see it. Encrypted at rest.
Layer 2 -- Anonymized: Vendor categories, score ranges, gap types. No names, no identifiers. Used to build benchmark percentiles and collective intelligence.
Layer 3 -- Curated: Aggregate insights derived from anonymized patterns. "Organizations with similar deployments typically score X." No individual data is traceable.
Experts only see data you explicitly share with them. You choose which assessments to share. You can revoke access at any time. Experts cannot download or export your raw data.
Your data is processed by AI models (Perplexity Sonar, Anthropic Claude) to generate reports and verify recommendations. These providers process data per their enterprise terms and do not use your data to train their models.
Active accounts: data retained as long as your account is active. Cancelled accounts: data deleted within 30 days. Anonymized patterns in collective intelligence: retained permanently (contain no identifiable information).
